His maternal granddam, WERLY CHIN DE MUZE, produced numerous 1.60m horses such as DERLY CHIN DE MUZE and EVERLYCHIN DE MUZE, and his great-granddam, QERLY CHIN, who needs no introduction, is the dam of international champions such as WALNUT DE MUZE, WALLOON DE MUZE, and NARCOTIQUE DE MUZE. ZAZU has shone at the highest level with outstanding performances in CSI 5* competitions. Ridden by various riders, he achieved, among other results, 5th place in the 1.55m Grand Prix of Calgary, 8th place in the 1.55m Grand Prix of Wellington, and 6th place in the 1.50m Grand Prix of Eindhoven. He also secured numerous placings up to 1.50m. Chosen as an ambassador for the BWP studbook 2025, 𝗭𝗔𝗭𝗨 leads the Black Type 2025 ranking of stallions with at least 25 offspring successful in 1.60m show jumping. His best offspring include: HIGH STAR HERO, a top CSI5*-level horse ridden by McLain Ward, who won the 1.60m Grand Prix at the CSI5* events in Arcadia and Bridgehampton and finished second in the same class at the CSI5* events in Thermal and Falsterbo in 2025. ODINA VAN KLAPSCHUT, a strong CSI5*-level show jumper ridden by Petronella Andersson, won the 1.60m World Cup Grand Prix at the CSI5* in Lyon in 2025 and finished third in the same class at the CSIO5* in Rome in 2024.
